Combination pasta machine model p55r

The machine is composed of:

  • double hopper extruder for the continuous processing of the dough and the production of short, long extruded pasta and sheet for lasagna
  • double sheet ravioli machine with interchangeable moulds

Our P55R is able to process any type of flour and semolina, even for special pasta; it has the following characteristics:

  •  framework completely made of stainless steel
  • double kneading hopper (the back one can be overturned) for continuous production
  • electronic pasta cutter with product length adjustment
  • fan for pasta pre-drying
  • refrigeration unit for cooling the extrusion head
  • electrical panels, control panel and safety switches according to current regulations
